2021 Pet-Nat Rosé

Like a Goat in the night we plucked this fruit from the family vineyard at Moorebank. This Pet-Nat is the second attempt at this style and we love it. Sultana box & red currants upfront with a creamy mouthfeel and enough acid to reunite Kyuss!! (someone get a bottle to Josh Homme). Perfectly balanced, unfined & unfiltered the way it should be.

2021 Garganega

Stolen from the great Ablington Vineyard in the Hunter, I know it’s a little hard to say but it’s amazing. This is traditionally used to make the great table whites of Soave in Italy but for 2021 we amped this up a lot, A whole new look at an old school Italian variety left to ferment on skins for 7 months in used french oak to give more weight and texture, peach, nectarine with hints of honeydew. Oily and juicy with a zesty tingling backbone. Unfined & unfiltered orange wine.

2021 Rosé

This rosé is more than a sum of it’s parts a wine style that is normally stripped back and manipulated for Instagram ‘celebrities’ and wine influencers to have that look so desired by marketing teams.  Not for us we wanted texture, weight & mouthfeel the perfect food & friends wine we don’t need you to take beauty shots and put it on your profile we want photos with sauce prints and empty bottles. That’s how we should all judge a good rosé.

Bottle $30

2020 Montepulciano

The release you have always wanted a mixture of glam & grunge, this juicy number will make you want more black cherry burst, lavender & spice with a hint of liquorice and a spine tingling acid shooting through your core. A wine worthy of Shangri-La perfect for a chill spring picnic

Bottle $35

2017 Touriga Ripasso

The first planting of Touriga in the Valley as a way to deal with the changing climate (yes it’s real). A Portuguese varietal, using an old world Italian method in the heart of a place that is considered by many as the birth of new world wines. Those we idolised probably didn’t understand why but in the words of the greatest indie / alt band of all time Kill Yr Idols. This is one of our favourite reds we have released juicy, vibrant with violets & berries bursting off the palate this lighter style of red is perfect for Springtime / Summer drinking with a bit of a chill.

Bottle $40
